The India Resort Fashion Week kicks off in Goa on Wednesday and Bipasha Basu is all set to take to the runway, flaunting a creation by designer duo Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor. The sexy Bips will make her appearance on Friday night.

It is learnt that the theme of Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor’s collection is The Mughal Opera, and will see ruffled tops, high-waist skirts. Mostly, nude, muted cream and gold, metallic and a lot of fun vibrant colors will be used. Major fabrics that will be used are silk jersey, chiffons and metal embellishment.

Veteran actress Zeenat Amam will also walk the ramp for designer Riyaz Gangji. IRFW will begin on Nov 28, and will end Dec 1.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Bipasha is all set to be part of a sci-fi film directed by Vikram Bhatt.

Vikram Bhatt recently worked with the actress in Raaz 3. The filmmaker, confirming the news and also showering praises on the actress said, “She is a fabulous actress, and is very enthusiastic about her work. I can’t think of anyone else other than Bipasha for my film. She is perfect.”

The untitled film will go on floors in May 2013.
