Vishal Bhardwaj is back with his crazy quirky comedy: Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola. The film stars Imran Khan, Anushka Sharma and Arya Babbar in the lead roles, while Pankaj Kapoor and Shabana Azmi will appear in the supporting roles.

Imran Khan’s rustic bearded look and Anushka Sharma’s ‘wild child’ character promises all the ingredients of a typical Vishal Bhardwaj film.

The trailer’s set up does remind us of Vishal’s previous movies like Omkara, The Blue Umbrella and Makdee.

The film is set to hit theaters on 11th January 2013.
