The power couple of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna welcome their second baby, a girl, today, i.e. 25 September.

Twinkle delivered a baby girl early this morning at the Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai.

Proud father Akshay Kumar said in a statement: “We are blessed with a lovely baby girl who looks just like her mother and grandmother and I have no words to express my happiness – I would like to thank everyone for their blessings and best wishes.”

Reportedly, Akshay was in Jaipur, promoting his film ‘Oh My God’, when he heard the news about his wife being admitted to the hospital, last evening. He immediately rushed to Mumbai to be with Twinkle during her delivery.

According to reports, Twinkle was not keeping very fine at the beginning of her pregnancy. However, the delivery was normal and went off well and both mother and daughter are healthy.

The couple have a 10-year-old son Aarav.
