Eid has been very lucky for Salman Khan as 4 of his biggest blockbusters have released on Eid and this year ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is breaking one record after another. However, Salman is already thinking ahead and he plans to release ‘Sher Khan’ next year on Eid.

Sher Khan, is directed by Sohail Khan and stars Salman Khan.

A source said, “With Dabangg 2 locked for release in Aamir Khan’s Christmas slot, the question of which film would make it into Salman’s Eid 2013 slot was being seriously discussed. Since it was a relatively simpler film to make Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick was expected to be ready before Sher Khan which is going to be Salman’s most complicated film in terms of technique. Sohail needed a full year at least to shoot the film and then at least another three months for post-production as the film requires extensive special effects. Now to meet the Eid deadline, he must complete the entire film, post-production included, in 10 months. But Bhai is keen to bring Sher Khan for next Eid. It’s his gift to his kid fans.And as of now he won’t be doing any other film after Dabangg 2 except Sher Khan.”

Salman is playing a supero hero in Sher Khan. Meanwhile ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is doing wonders at the box office as it collected 33 crores on the first day and an overall of 100 crores in 5 days.

Will the next Tiger be a bigger one than this Tiger?
