Earlier Shahrukh Khan was booked for smoking in public in the wankhade stadium and arguing with the officials and a case has been filed against him once again for disrespecting the Indian flag.

Social worker Ravindra Brahme has lodged a case against Shahrukh for disrespecting the Indian flag during the 2011 world cup, Bhrame said that he was going through some pictures of the world cup when he came across a few pics of Shahrukh holding the flag upside down i.e, the saffron color was at the bottom and the green on top.

SRK has been booked under Sections of Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971. The case was filed on Aug 14th and has been transferred to zone nine of Mumbai police for further investigation.
