‘Barfi’ an extremely special film for Ranbir!

After watching the promos of Anurag Basu’s next flick, we can surely say that the movie is going to be one hell of an entertainer and the lead actor Ranbir Kapoor too vouches that Barfi is a special film.

The songs of the movie once again are sung by Mohit Chauhan who also sang for Ranbir in rockstar, is now being identified as Ranbir’s voice. And Ranbir Kapoor is happy as well because Mohit agreed to sing for Barfi.

Ranbir sais in an interview, “Barfi’ is a very special film. Mohit babajee (Mohit Chauhan) has sung the title song ‘Aala re Barfi’ and I am very happy. A singer generally doesn’t get the credit for the importance he brings to the career of an actor.”

“But if you look at late singers Mohammad Rafi, Mukeshji, Kishore Kumar, they used to add a lot to an actor’s career. So I am grateful to Mohit babajee for giving me such a good song again in ‘Barfi’,” he further added.

When asked how difficult it was for him to play the role of a person who could only show emotions through actions in ‘Barfi’, the 29 year old said: “It’s very easy. If you are at a noisy place and if your friend is standing at around a “I am an actor and I should know how to act not just with my face but my body also. You’ll use physical actions or your eyes.”

Ranbir who plays the role of a mute and deaf boy also added, “I am an actor and I should know how to act not just with my face but my body also. So I didn’t do any character or in-depth study”
