Ever since he released the poster of his much awaited film Heroine, director Madhur Bhandarkar has been receiving praises from all over the film industry. However, here’s a little hitch.
The poster of the film is a copy of, or rather is inspired from the book cover of Siddharth Dhanvant Sanghvi’s “The Lost Flamingoes Of Bombay”. The poster has Kareena lying on a bed surrounded with glossies and pictures of herself, with an empty wine glass tipped down.
Not just the poster, it is heard that even the protagonist of Sanghvi’s book is a film heroine named Zaira.
We guess Mr Bhandarkar is not aware of this allegation or should we say, he chose not to respond.
On recieving positive response for the poster, Bhandarkar tweeted, “Thank you for the enormous & overwhelming response for the posters. Promo to be launched online on 25th evening.”
The first trailer of Heroine comes out on Wednesday.

The lying position is the only copy bit but everything else is different and there are lots of other movies have done it but no they only have to target this one………. Anyway I wish heroine becomes a huge hit because in this movie the most powerful character looks like kareena and than god there’s no khans in this movie because every time they take the credit and other people give credits to them and all of the movie is based on them . So yippee a all this movie is about a FEMALE ACTRESS.
