Salman Khan’s recent hits have made him more pricey. Now, he is quoting a whopping Rs. 1.75 crore to appear at private parties and events. Plus, he will accept an offer only if he is ferried in a chartered flight.
Recently, Sallu flatly refused an offer of Rs 1 crore to appear for two events in Dubai. The brain behind this fee hike is rumored to be Salman’s manager Reshma Shetty. Sources reveal Sallu is being bombarded with offers to appear in weddings, birthday parties, business launches etc. So, he his confident somebody or other will pay his high rate.

Honestly, I believe he deserves every dime on this planet, let alone 1.75 million….after giving repeated box-office record-breakers, he has every right to raise the standards of his off-screen presence…moreover, a positive perspective of his value would obviously result in more funds going into his foundation…which, seemingly, is the only reasonable way to help the needy and vulnerable!!!…besides, how much of this story would actually be authentic since there are no “sources” to even support it?!?

Money is not everything…but money, certainly, is important…if money can save lives then it IS extremely important for a human…and I’m quite sure that most of the respectable amount Salman recieves goes into his foundation…and if that is the reason for setting his bar high, then Salman is doing a very noble deed..as for Salman himself, he isn’t going to provide working in films for free…afterall, he is also a human where he requires food to eat and clothes to wear!!!

And why not – I think he deserves it after the hits he’s been churning. He’s accepted lower than the norm when the economy wasn’t doing too well – helped drop his fees for certain people – uses his earnings towards his charitable organisation – so all in all, I think it’s a fair deal.
