People who are a big big fan of Madhuri Dixit’s dancing, you are in for a treat. The actress is seen paying tribute to the dancing divas of yesteryear, in the promo of the telly show ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 5’. the promo shows Madhuri dancing to the evergreen numbers of Meena Kumari, Mumtaaz and Sridevi.

Madhuri will occupy the judge’s seat for the second year this time.

Her dance steps have been choreographed by Saroj Khan. However, a lot of the steps are that of Meena Kumari’s mujra from the 1972 film by Kamal Amrohi.

Paying homage to Mumtaaz, Madhuri was dressed in a figure-hugging, 70s-style, tight, peach-coloured churidaar salwar kameez, dancing to Mumtaaz’s popular song “Motiyon Ki Ladee Hoon Main”.

And the final ribute was to Sridevi. Donning a saree, Madhuri danced to the song ‘Kaate Nahin Katatey’ from Mr. India.
