Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi became proud parents of a baby girl on Friday, January 20, 2012. The gorgeous couple have named their daughter Saira Bhupathi.

Raveena Tandon tweeted, “My friends, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi are proud parents of a baby girl!!Saira Bhupathi Welcome Angel”!!

India’s tennis star Sania Mirza’s father’s Blackberry status said, “Welcoming Saira Bhupathi in this world.”

Congrats and thank god that they did not go the Ash way of naming there child. I mean how long does it really take to name a child. Mind you Ash and Ab’s child is not going to be the next queen of some country. It is completely stupid not to have a name for your child when the kid is like 3 months old already.

Congratulation is in order. As for the nameless child, unfortunately it’s all about creating hype and keeping the tension high. These people will do anything to save the failing career of AB jnr. They have been in the industry long enough to build public up and attempt to bring them closer. Remember the idiot made an open declaration “Karan I will do anything” He meant every word of it.
