Madhur Bhandarkar accused of rape.. 2004 case re opens!!

National Award-winning film director Madhur Bhandarkar is in legal trouble as a court in Mumbai, issued summons against him in a rape that took place in the year 2004. The case was filed by an upcoming star.

“The magistrate, Andheri Railway Mobile Court, today issued summons asking Madhur Bhandarkar to appear before it Oct 18 and file his statement in the case,” advocate S. Kunjuraman, lawyer for the alleged victim, Pretti Jain, told a tabloid.

The case was asked to be dismissed by the police as the victims allegations proved to be false, during the investigation.

In the year 2004, news had it that Bhandarkar was involved in a rape case. Pretti alleged that she slept with Bhandarkar from 1999-2004 as he promised her a lead role in his films and marriage.

In a statement later, Pretti alleged: “We had sex 16 times and Madhur made promises of giving me a lead role in his films. However, he didn’t offer me a lead role in any of his movies. At times when I refused, he raped me.”

In September 2005, Pretti was arrested after she reportedly hired a contract killer for Rs.70,000 to murder Bhandarkar.

In January 2006, police requested the court to dismiss the case against Bhandarkar as they had found Pretti’s allegations to be false.

What a jurk society. When people is having a success in their life then nobody wants to see their happiness. Madhur is one of the best flim director in indian cinema. When he is trying to do a “heroine” movie which is now in controversy and having cat fight with Big B’s family then his past came out again. That’s totally insane. Now a days who wants to be heroine in movie, they can anything for getting the movie. So at that point it doesn’t matter to both parties at all. That girl slept 16 times with Madhur & now she wants a justice for one so called rape (when she didn’t get any role). What a story!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the girl is not completely innocent, she slept with Madhur for a film role. So she was using him and when things didn’t work out, she’s filing a case against him. She should of known better and not complained. You can’t expect to play a dirty game and not have any dirt thrown at you!

How low an Indian girl can stoop to get a part in movies, likewise, how low some indian men can stoop. Worst of all, advertising their sinful and criminal demeanor at international level. As a human being, we all make mistake and have regretts– but what kind of woman advertises without shame. Even, the western woman will feel shame to go international. I wonder what kind of family the girl came from- nobody is that desperate to open her legs for every tom, dick and harry jist to get a part in the movie. Some man are bitches, they don’t have mothers, sisters or female in his life to respect woman. Man keep is who takes advantage of vunerable female, keep is brain in hus ass rather than in his head.

In the West, we always praised Eastern Culture where men respect his female counterpart, now they are piece of dodo. No offense

Actually in the West, we know exactly how much women are discriminated against in eastern cultures. Please get off your high horse about women staying in certain limits. What is this girl supposed to do, be quiet about being raped because of people like you?

Both her and Madhur are in the wrong here and hopefully justice is served.
