Ranbir Kapoor is very particular about his age. He never signs projects that have any kind of age leap in them.

The recent buzz had it that the Bollywood cutie was approached by a producer for a full on romantic love story, the Veer-Zaara types. He was offered an astronomical amount too. The script had him play the role of a lover in the first half and aging in the second…

If the source is to be believed, the actor was fuming with rage on reading the story and immediately asked the filmmaker to leave.
