Shahrukh and Leonardo in Xtrme City..

Khan Now this is what we call “news” which is really getting the antennas stand right up with all attention reserved for what next is really in the offing. Believe it or not but a major Hollywood-Bollywood collaboration is right up in the anvil and two of the bigger superstars from different ends of the world are all set to share screen space. The film in question is Xtrme City and the men in question – hold your breath – Shah Rukh Khan and Leonardo Di Caprio.

Sources say, “The film is aiming for a late 2010 shoot in Mumbai, New York and the Persian Gulf. The makers are hoping for a 2011 release. As with many Bollywood films, Xtrme City will integrate thriller, drama and comedy elements. The movie will be family-friendly though there would certainly be elements of violence. However, sex will be downplayed, though there would be quintessential song and dance routines.”

Can’t wait for the movie to release..

Okay SRK is a good actor but nothing compared to Leonardo at all. I don’t believe this at all. You know if this was try that SRK would not keep is mouth shut about it for this long, this would be this movie is already in process of the shooting to be released for 2011.

it depends on personal choice but srk is right there with leonardo! just because hollywood is considered to be better doesn’t mean actors from bollywood aren’t good enough! it’s just the environment and the kinds of things that appeal to the audience. srk wouldn’t keep his mouth shut? like the article said its not official and i don’t think srk would make it such a big deal. it would be making himself look dumb. they dont have to shoot it right now. they can start at the end of 2010 and have a nov/december release in 2011

SRK is not even at the same level as Leonardo. People go out and see how well Leonardo acts in the movie, whereas in SRK’s case, people love him so much that his overacting doesn’t matter to them.

SRK, has dont great acting in very few movies, whereas Leonardo has done the best of jobs in each role.

SRK will probably make this a big deal and brag about it. Now that he has made people feel sorry for a rich and famous actor being arrested, he will get many audiences. At the same time, many unknown people who have been arrested wont get any recognition.

I have met this loser in person,very rude and full of himself. Of course he has reason to be full of himself, he is a multi millionaire through mostly the expense of other people. If only people knew how a person is behind the cameras and away from reporters.

Anyways GL, to me you’re just like Katrina, no talent, just very annoying.

I think that SRK and Leonardo are equal in talent. They don’t make the same kind of movies. While I think it would probably be a good picture, I wonder if it will become “westernized” so it would appeal to a greater American audience.

LEO IS BY FAR THE BETTER ACTOR. I LOVE SRK IN BOLLYWOOD MOVIE, BUT THE MUSIC IS WHAT GETS ME ALL THE TIME TO WATCH BOLLYWOOD MOVIE, AND ALL THE COLORFUL OUTFIT AND JEWLS. AS FOR ACTING, I DO BELIEVE HOLLYWOOD ACTING IS BY FAR THE BEST (LEO). LOVE SRKS DIMPLES, SMILE, AND IN BOLLYWOOD MOVIE, BUT IN A HOLLYWOOD MOVIE, IF SRK AND LEO, THEY DO WORK TOGETHER, MY VOTE IS FOR LEO. HE IS BY FAR THE BEST ACTOR OUT THE 2. It’s not a valid argument to say that movies made in Hollywood are better. It depends on what kind of movies a person likes. Movies made in Hollywood are different then ones made in Bollywood. It’s like comparing apples to oranges. Personally, I prefer the movies made in Bollywood because I like the singing, dancing, costumes, overacting and slapstick. I very rarely watch American movies but I do agree that on technical level that Hollywood is a bit better. However, I think both actors are very talented in the genre of the movies they make. I don’t see how the two different styles of movies could be successfully be blended into one.

I can see Leo and Aamir not SRK. People you don’t have to say Bollywood just because your Indian and watch Indian movies. You have to be truthful. I love watching Bollywood movies and the singing and dancing and the beautiful clothes, but there are very few very talented bollywood actors that can go head to head with a Hollywood actor like Leo.

He is one of the top actors in Hollywood, he has acted in movies that SRK would be laughed off the camera the first 10 seconds of the shoot. You have to look at things reasonably. For boy meets girl and falls in love and boy is poor and girl is rich, her father doesn’t want them married and they sing and dance in dreams then yes SRK is great for that.

I do think that Aamir Khan can pull a stronger performance for a role then SRK can. look at the past movies he has made his roles have been very very much different and the all for the most part have worked. SRK’s roles have been the same for the most part. (love story)
