Ashish: Islam is a beautiful religion

Ashish Chaudhary lost his sister,Monica Chhabaria and brother-in-law Ajit, last year on 26th November due to the terrorist attack on Mumbai. However Ashish doesn’t blame Muslims for his loss.

Ashish says, “My dearest friends are Muslims and they have a totally different meaning of jihad. I do not think it’s the religion. Islam is beautiful in my eyes. It’s the select few who are in an entirely different zone.”

“All of Pakistan is not as it’s being perceived. It’s just that the cockroaches in that home have to be removed. All homes have some pests or the other. Crimes are committed in India too, my friends.internal religious problems in India” too should be resolved soon. “Religion is not the be all and end all. I say all the internal religious problems in our enchanting, multi-faceted India too should be thrown in the back seat. We should unite. It’s the need of the day.”

Ashish further writes on his blog, “Finding the problem and curing it is not the end. We’ve got to cure it from the root. It is not only people like Kasab (only surviving terrorist from 26/11 attacks). He is a victim himself. A victim of wrong preaching, false teaching.

“Little kids are being brainwashed from really young ages, to commit felony in the name of religion. It’s sad. But it’s true.”

Ashish insists that all the programs held for 26/11 anniversary, the proceeds should go to the charities.

Stop it you all. First go and learn more about Islam and the actual reality of Islam. We in Islam believe that everyone has his/her own religion and has the right to choose from. Deal with Islam and Muslims form similar approach. Islam respects all other religions, other should do the same, and this is the simplest rule of respect and Humanity. Terrorism is about the worst thoughts and evil deeds. It hasn’t any relation with Islam. Really, there are a handful of Muslims doing such bad things but the remaining are wonderful exactly as what other people are. Anyways, ASHISH — may Allah punishing the killers and sending them to hell. WELL SAID BROTHER.

Wow Ashish, you’ve earned my (and many others) respect! For someone who’s lost his loved ones in this manner and not bear any hatred is phenomenal! It is so nice to know that there are understanding people out there who don’t point fingers at the entire community. I too wish that the perpetrators are severely punished (here or the hereafter) and that God gives all those who’ve lost family/friends the strength and courage to go on with their lives.
