Check out Chote Nawab Saif Ali Khan on the cover of Hi!Living magazine where he talks about his royal blood and being a good son to his parents.
Saif in the issue says, “I think I am a good son. I have never asked my parents for money and they must be deeply relieved as it didn’t always look that way. I also have not been arrested in ages.”
Talking about royalty, he says, , “For me, royalty was personified in the men in my family who were great sportsmen. The Pataudi men were well known cricketers. My other grandfather, the Nawab of Bhopal had a polo handicap of nine.”

Congratulations Shilpa and Raj
Shilpa Shetty got engaged to her long time boyfriend, a businessman from London yesterday.Shilpa wore a stunning Manish Malhotra saree and uncut diamond jewellery designed by anmol Jewelery.
A spokesperson from Anmol Jewellers says, “Yes we are designing the engagement jewelery for Shilpa. We have basically designed the necklace, earrings and bangles. All the jewelery has been custom made. We will also be designing her wedding jewellery but I am not authorised to speak about any more details right now.”
Apparently the date of wedding has also been decided.
We congratulate the happy couple. 
Ranbir:Katrina is a bully
Everybody is talking about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s chemistry in the promos of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and the reason behind it is Kat-Ranbir’s great camaraderie off-screen.
Katrina talking about the flick says, “It’s an ordinary love story about ordinary people leading ordinary lives, but told in an unusual way.”
Ranbir agrees with her, “That’s the perfect way to describe it.”
Talking about their chemistry Ranbir says, “Chemistry is not something that two individuals have, it’s what two characters have in a film. It’s great that people are seeing this chemistry because this is a romantic film. I am happy that people can see it even in the promos of the film.”
“Katrina was constantly bullying me and I was constantly complimenting her.”
There’s no doubt that they are looking rocking together.
Shahid’s spotboy stopped at US airport
After SRK,it was Shahid Kapoor’s turn to wait at New York airport for 90 minutes, not for himself but for his spotboy Mohammed Manzoor Alam also known as Mamu.
Mamu is an elderly man who has been Shahid’s spotboy since he started in the Bollywood flick industry.
When Shahid was moving from Philadelphia to New York for the shooting schedule of his untitled movie, Mamu was stopped and was questioned for special clearance.
A unit member reveals, “The questioning lasted for nearly 90 minutes. Though Mamu has travelled extensively to most countries with Shahid, USA is the only country he had not visited.”
When Mamu was stopped for special questioning, Shahid noticed that he was nervous, so Shahid sat with Mamu all through the 90-minute grilling session after which he was let off.
Shahid’s spokesperson confirmed the story.
Stars descend at Ghai’s birthday bash
It’s 65th birthday of showman of Bollywood, director Subhash Ghai and to mark it he threw a birthday bash where he invited all the actors who worked with him,ranging from Kalicharan to Yuvraaj.
Subhash talking about his guest list says, “It wasn’t about the stars. It was about my emotional tie with the people I worked with. Ideally I’d want all my actors and technicians to be there. I’ve invited everyone not to show off and talk about my films but to share a quiet evening with the people who contributed to my life.”

SRK to play IPL man Lalit Modi
If things fall in right place you would soon see Bollywood of Baadshah playing the role of Mastermind of IPL Lalit Modi.
The flick will be called The Commissioner and will show Lalit’s childhood his struggle and his success as IPL’s chei.
Managing director, Shailendra Singh says, Lalit is an intriguing person. He made the IPL a phenomenon and multiplied the BCCL’s income by hundred in one year. We spent a year researching his life and now we know more about him than the man does about himself.”
Bollywood movies based on cricket, like Lagaan and Jannat, have been successful. The combination of Bollywood and cricket makes for a potent story and I’m sure the youth of India would love to know more about the man behind the IPL success story.We’re here to entertain, so it will be a fictionalised biopic. We’re following the lines of Guru, the movie based on the life of Dhirubhai Ambani,”
Shailender wants SRK to portray Lalit, he says, “I’d like to have Shah Rukh Khan for the lead role, as both men are dynamic and have high energy levels. They have similar personalities. Shahid Kapoor or Irffan Khan are also suitable for the lead role. While Irrfan is a complete contrast to Lalit’s personality, he is an intense actor and will be able to carry off the role well.”
Let’s see if this flick will rock like IPL.
Aishwarya to work for her manager
Aishwarya Rai is helping her business manager for his upcoming flick based on a war widow. Hari Singh is Aish’s business manager for 12 years and she will be doing a cameo in his movie without charging a single buck.
The movie will be directed by Jagmohan Mundra, who directed Aishwarya in Provoked and Ash will be playing the role of a lawyer who fights the widow’s case int he climax.
Jagmohan says, Hari Singh approached me to direct a film that tells the emotional and heartrending tale of a war widow, and I have agreed to do it. Ash has a special appearance in the film and it will certainly be the USP of the movie. It can’t be called a cameo as it is an extremely crucial character that gets all the attention in the courtroom drama. We are expected to shoot next year as soon as the rest of the cast is finalised. I’m thrilled to team up with Ash again.”
Hari Singh’s daughter will play the main lead in the flick.
Ritesh says no to playing gay
Director Tarun Mansukhani apparently wants somebody to play a real gay in his Dostana sequel, unlike John and Abhishek who pretend to be gay.
A source says, “Riteish wasn’t keen on playing a gay character. It’s a risk for any mainstream Bollywood actor to take on such a role. He politely refused, but he was disappointed that his one of his best friends, who had many films on the floors, had offered him an insignificant role.”
However, Tarun till date has finalized only John-Abhi for the sequel, nobody else has been cast for other roles.
Shilpa-Raj to get engaged tomorrow
Sultry actress Shilpa Shetty will get engaged to her long time boyfriend industrialist Raj Kundra tomorrow.
A source reveals,”The engagement ceremony will be a simple and private one held at Raj’s 7th floor flat in Juhu. It’s very hush-hush and only close family and friends will attend. Shilpa and her family have decided to go ahead with engagement date after much deliberation and consultation with family astrologers, including her mother Sunanda.”
Shilpa apparently was a bit reluctant to get engaged without sister Shamita, who is in Bigg Boss house, . “Shilpa was keen that Shamita too be a part of such a special event in her life but the time is extremely auspicious. Finally, she gave in to the pressure,” says the source.
Shilpa will be wearing a Manish Malhotra saree for her engagement, “The saree is simple with no embellishments like crystals or zari work, but a thin gold border. The choli is vintage and in different shades of gold with gold tassels. The saree has been deliberately kept simple as Shilpa will be wearing heavy rubies, diamonds and emeralds in ornaments designed by Anmol Jewellers,” the source adds.

Deepika to Kat: Stop spreading rumors about me
Things are souring between Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone. The close proximity between Katrina and Ranbir has already miffed Deepika and now she thinks Katrina is spreading false rumors about her and Farhan Akhtar.
When Deepika was shooting some intimate scenes with Farhan Akhatar for Karthik valling Karthik, Katrina was present on the sets and Deeps is sure that Katrina is behind every rumor.
A source says, ‘Suddenly there were stories about how Deepika and Farhan had great chemistry and how they sizzle together, that she didn’t have such chemistry even with Ranbir. It was very easy to figure out where these stories started circulating from.”
“Katrina was present at Shabina Khan’s party where it was very visible that Ranbir and Deepika had a tiff. It was such a small group, and they were all friends, so it has to be Kat who spread the news.” To be fair to Katrina, she is known not to meddle in any other actress’ affairs.”

Aishwarya celebrates Bhai Dooj
Aishwarya Rai is known for her professionalism, but recently she gave more priority to her family than her shooting for Ravana.
Aishwarya missed shooting for Ravana on Monday because she was celebrating Bhai Dooj, she says,“Mani sir was scheduled to shoot a train scene at Lonavla station on Monday and Tuesday with Aishwarya and South actor Vikram. Although Mani sir had permission to shoot only for two days at the station, Aishwarya couldn’t make it on one of the days because of a family ritual. Without wasting time, Mani sir continued to shoot the scene with Vikram and a few portions of some action scenes and packed up early in the evening. Aishwarya and her husband Abhishek Bachchan reached Amby Valley near Lonavla late on Monday night.”
“Mani Ratnam, his wife Suhasini and DOP Santosh Sivan spent the night at Amby Valley along with Abhi-Ash. Next morning, they went to Lonavla station where Aishwarya shot with Vikram. The train sequence started at Lonavla and went up to Karjat. The film’s cast and crew went to and fro four times on Tuesday.”
However Aishwarya’s spokesperson remained unavailable for a comment.
