Fat to fit on Tere Mere Beach Mein
This weeks episode of Farah Khan’s chat show Tere Mere Beach mein deals with two people who went from fat to fit. Karan Johar and Sonam Kapoor.
While Karan Johar weighed 120 kilos at one point of time in his life, Sonam had reached a whooping 90 kgs in her mid 20′s.
Sonam says,”I was depressed when I went to boarding school at the age of 15. I was the only Indian girl in my school in Singapore. There was plenty of junk food and mum had stopped all chocolates at home. Here, I was free and ate though it was comfort eating and I also gained weight due to hormonal imbalances. I went from 50 kilos to 90 kilos in jus 4 months. I gained 40 kilos. I used to eat 1 pint icecream, two large pizzas alone and instead of three meals would have 10 meals a day. My mum started crying seeing me.”
“When Sanjay Leela Bhansali saw me, he said that I look like a painting from Ajanta. Don’t lose weight, you have those curves.”
To which Farah asked, “Tum Ajanta ki painting thi ki poori Ajanta ki cave thi?”
With all that dedication and hardwork Sonam looks stunning now, ain’t she folks?

Katrina not on Twitter
Katrina Kaif has revealed that somebody else has been impersonating her on popular social networking website Twitter, as she doesn’t have a Twitter account.
She says,“Something has to be done to stop this sort of vandalism. I am not on Twitter or any other social networking website.I plan to start my own website by the end of the year.”
And Katrina is not interested to be on any social networking sites in future,she says, I don’t think it’s cool to let people know where I am or what I’m doing throughout the day. I’m not on any of the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. I guess my life is not an open Facebook.“
On quizzing more about her site, Katrina says, “I don’t want this to be something I start and then leave to others to take care of. Of course there will be professional employed to oversee my website. But I’ll picking and choosing all the material and pictures that go into it.”
“My website will be comprehensive. It will have my exclusive pictures. In fact I’ll be doing photo sessions done specially by me. It will also have pictures taken by me on my sets and on location.”

SRK-Aamir help out Rani
Rani Mukherjee is a one lucky actress, she was personally helped by Bollywood’s reigning Khans- Aamir and SRK for her Sikh character in Dil Bole Hadippa.
While SRK helped her with some cricketing skills, Aamir gave her tips on wearing a moustache.
She says,”Shah Rukh gave me a lot of tips on cricket and I was very happy to have him give me tips for my character in the movie. “
Aamir helped me with the moustache… I was shooting a song with Rakhi (Sawant) before I had the moustache on and he gave me tips on how I should put it with a little smile so that it doesn’t hurt.”
Well if SRK would have given some cricketing advice to his IPL team Kolkatta Knight Riders, they wouldn’t have been the most defeated team in last seasons IPL.
Sonam launches Anant diamond jewelery
Sonam Kapoor launched the Anant diamond jewelery by GJEPC amidst much fanfare. She paired her white skirt with satin black shirt and added color to the look by wearing a bright red lipstick. Like her?
John Abraham:I am married
Don’t panic folks, John has not married girlfriend Bipasha in secret, it’s his love for biking that makes him beleive that he is married to bikes.
John says, “I love motorcycles, I am married to them and I have had a honeymoon period with them. I don’t let anyone sit on my bikes or touch them.”
John is so protective about his bikes that girlfriend Bipasha doesn’t sit behind him on his bikes.
John adds,”Bipasha doesn’t like sitting behind me on bikes as I keep complaining about the bike getting scratched or damaged.”
Abraham revealed his passion for bikes while launching Yamaha Motor’s latest bike.
