well the only reason she has come a long way is because of salman khan. if it wasnt for him, giving her a good home production (partner) and others movies then no director would even approach her.

#7, that is not true, salman may have helped but, if she is where she is now its just thanks to herself for being a good person and a good actress. Of course there are people that helped her, and that includes not only sallu but akshay and some directors. If we come to see it, almost everyone who came to the acting business has had help.
Take akki and shahrukh for example, someone gave them their big break……

#8 that is not true, in my opinion salman is the reason she got the movies that made her popular. if u watch her movies u should definitely know by now that she doesnt know how to act. Shahrukh and akshay knew how to act at least and didnt have girlfriends that had a big name already to help them out. They had TALENT!!! Katrina is improving and has come a long way but u cant deny the fact that salman has a major role in her success and so does akshay because she tagged along with him to get the hits that she has today. Katrina had to struggled because she didn’t speak Hindi.. Did you know the director of the film Saaya actually told her she could be in the movie but later said she can’t because she couldn’t speak hindi.. She faced rejection and I think she come a long way.. It’s okay if you hate her but saying things like this is really sick and you should know she is a human too..

Well in these few years she achieved a lot of things and so yeah whatever she got now she deserves it………….She learned Hindi, our tradition, dance etc in short period of time even when she had heaps of movies……….. Comparing her first film and NY is truly amazing because it’s amazing how much she improved……..That for me proves that she is great actress and she will improve each and everytime…………If you take anyother actress movies and see their first movies – it’s terrible, but in time they improve it (same like Kat)…..

im not saying shes not a hard worker. she has worked hard to get where she is but im just saying Salman khan played a huge role for her success. When she first came she was doing movies like boom. she was pretty then too. her hindi is going to get better…she lives in india now so and her acting is getting somewhere finally but still she cant act or dance but thats my opinion of course if ur her fan u probably liked her acting skills or something to become her fan so im not saying ur wrong.

What about Ajnabee, Ashoka (Kareena) , Shabd, Mistress of Spice (Aishwarya), Bipasha (Jism and lots of others) I see no one pointing that out! I think Indian audience are really horrible to Katrina. Freida got accepted in Hollywood and no one is commenting on her Indian accent or the fact that she looks like an Indian. Even though critics keeps calling Aishwarya Rai ‘a wooden actress’, she is accepted in hollywood.

Give her a break! She done everything right. She stuck by Salman and his fans still bash her. They should be really happy that Salman got a girl who is with for like 6 years!

#18, its nice that you think she is an hard worker and she truly is because its not easy to learn a language and be fluent like a natural born indian but she is trying and her acting is improving with every release, but about her acting i dont think you are right, she is a good actress, just look at comment #18, its just because she appeared in films like boom… but she was starting her career, or you think she would start in major roles in blockbuster films! Every actor has a couple of flops!
And i dont think that the sucsess of her films with salman and akshay are all thanks to theese actors because otherwise her films with other actors would be flops, but take for example apne, race and new york, and also even akshay and salman have flops with other actresses, do you think deepika is responsable for chandni chowk being a flop?

I am not Kat’s fan but she definitely worked hard to reach here and for that I am gonna applaud her. It must have been hard especially when you are a girl. She really improved alot these years and it’s wonderful to know she is committed to make herself better unlike other actress.

I said she has worked hard and has come a long way. im just saying that Salman had a big role in her getting all these big banner movies out of no where from boom 2003 to when she got mpkk 2005 when got to know salman thats when ppl started noticing her. yea she did work hard but it was because of him she got most of the movies. i still dont think she can act which is my opinion but she has improved. and to be honest shabd isnt a bad movie it has a good storyline and ash’s character wasnt like katrinas. and i’ve said this before too if u think she can act idk wat to tell u. and indian audiences are nice as god knows wat to her for the acting skills she has she shouldnt be one of the top.

no. 29 u can say all you want but all of them actually proved themselves they have done movies where there acting shows if u guys try to compare kats acting with aishwarya’s, kareena’s, or priyanka’s u guys need a reality check. Take for example the girl in Love aaj kal she doesnt know english but she didnt need to do a movie like boom to get attention. You have to be a hard worker to get good in any field and most actors are but the point is she tries but she cant act.
Aishwarya was famous because first she won miss world second she is a trained dancer and she can act watch her movies. Akshay just got popular so idk wat ur talkin about again priyanka won too. she did do a movie with akshay but she was actually recognized for her acting unlike katrina and thats how she got her fame. Kareena kapoor does come from a well known family but she did the movie refugee and won the debut award. they have all proven there acting and at least they can dance if nothing else.
