Sallu did not cancel his trip to US
Producer of Wanted, Boney Kapoor has hit out are rumors that Salman had cancelled his New York trip after SRK got detained at US airport this month.
Boney Kapoor says, “This is completely false. Not going to New York was a decision taken by the producers and Salman didn’t even know about it. He is unnecessarily being dragged into all this. We refused to go to the US because the proposal offered to us for the event there was not acceptable to us. That’s it.”
“News reports said that Salman was to be in New York Sep 3. That is also completely untrue.”
Salman is awaiting the release of his flick Wanted, which will hit the theatres on September 18th.

Shilpa Shetty not marrying
Contrary to the reports that Shilpa is tying the knot with beau Raj Kundra, but it’s Raj’s birthday that they would be celebrating.
Shilpa says, “Wedding is not happening in October, November, December or any of the dates that have been fixed for my wedding in the media. Raj and I will announce the date from the rooftops and invite the entire press corps to be part of the baraat when it happens.”
“It’s Raj Kundra’s birthday on September 9. Our entire collective family will be bringing in the occasion at the Maldives. ”
“There’s no reason on earth why Raj I wouldn’t want to get married at the earliest. At the moment we’ve our hands full with many new exciting ventures. We need get the space in our lives to plan and enjoy this wonderful event. Haath peele karne ke liye haath khali to hone chahiye.”
We will wait for that Shilpa.

Well that’s what Priyanka said in an emotional interview at Farah Khan’s chat show Tere Mere Beach Mein.
Emphasizing over the importance of parents, she says, “I don’t think anyone can deny the bond one has with one’s parents and those who do, I think that they’re not human.. woh log insaan nahi hai!”
“My maternal grandmother died under very unfortunate circumstances. My cousin who was playing with a bow and arrow actually hurt my grandmother’s eye with the arrow and she was paralysed and passed away on my mother’s birthday. And it was my parents who looked after her till her last breath.”
On listening to this relevation Farah asked, , “This despite the fact that she had three sons?”
Bipasha replied,“Yes, my mother has three brothers and she loves them a lot. But I don’t feel affectionate towards my uncles at all. I strongly feel that our parents give us so much in life and the least we can do is love them back in their old age when they’re alone, when they’re spouse has passes away and they are alone…”
“My grandfather had died and all my grandmother needed was some affection from her children. I explain this to my mother that in all our growing years, she had wanted a son but with time, now that she has seen the world, she knows that there’s nothing better than her daughters… I can see that realization in my mother’s eyes!”
Now that’s something very true.

Neil: It’s amazing working for Madhur
Neil Nitin Mukesh is all excited to be a part of Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming flick Jail and found the experience of working with Madhur amazing.
Neil says, “I am quite thrilled about it. Madhur (Madhur Bhandarkar) is an institution in himself and it was amazing working with him. I am eager to see the final product.”
Neil last worked in New York also starring John Abraham and Katrina Kaif.

Sallu doesn’t like Kat’s small skirts
A couple of months ago we bought to you a news, where a friend of Katrina complained that Salman never watches any of Kat’s movies while she watches his every movie.
So when Salman was asked about the same in a recent interview, Salman says, “Yes I don’t. Once I saw she was wearing a really small skirt and I didn’t like it. But then you have to sometimes chill and let it go. And I don’t have a choice, and it’s better to stay away from those things. I mean I see the promos and get an idea of what is going to be in the film, so it’s better to stay away from that.”
Quiz him, whether he advises Katrina on her career, she says, “No, she’s a grown up girl. Initially I did, but after that you have to let them go. She’s good at making her own decision about choosing films and what to do. Earlier she used ask me check a couple of her scenes because of her dubbing but now I don’t do that. I don’t even go to any of her sets because there was this whole reputation that I land up on my girlfriend’s sets. I’ve been labelled and aggressive boyfriend, so I now I stay away from all that stuff.”
Well Salman will definitely watch Katrina’s upcoming flick Rajniti, I am sure, ‘coz she will be clad in crisp cotton sarees througout the movie.
SRK bangaya Jolly LLB
While Sanjay Dutt became Munna bhai MBBS and rocked the nation, SRK is following the same footsteps, but he is not becoming a doctor,he is going to be a lawyer in Subhash Kapoor’s Jolly LLB.
SRK witll be working with produces Rakesh Upadhyay in the movie, a source says, “Rakesh and SRK have been discussing various subjects for the past few months. SRK particularly liked this theme. If all goes well, the film will be on the floors by next year.”
Director Subhash Kapoor says, “The film will take on the pros and cons of the judicial system. When we first had an appointment with SRK, he had given us about 45 minutes for the narration. However, we ended up discussing the film for over two hours. He took to the film in the first 20 minutes itself. He loved the film immensely. The film’s producer Rakesh Upadhyay is finalising the other details.”
So folks, all set and excited to see SRK as Jolly LLB?
Rakhi becomes Shanno Amritsari
Rakhi Sawant will be back on the big screen once again with Dil Bole Hadippa, where she plays Shanno Amritsari.
Talking about her role, Rakhi says,”It’s a major role. Lekin mujhe pataa nahin kitna mera role rakha hai ya nahin rakha hai. Maine bharpur kaam kiya hai. Mere bharpur scenes hai. Now let’s see how much of my role is finally visible on screen when the film releases.”
I shot for four months with them. Along with three songs I’ve 5-6 scenes. I play Shanno Amritsari, the nautankiwali. So I’ve been given the maximum number of songs. I don’t know how much of it will remain.”
Apart from Rakhi Sawant, Dil Bole Hadippa also starrs another item girl Sherlyn Chopra.
