Well that’s what Ranbir Kapoor’s father Rishi Kapoor has to say about his son’s association with actress Deepika Padukone.

Talking about his son Rishi proudly says, “He’s had only two releases, he has a long way to go yet. But what I’m happy about is that he’s very passionate about his work. You have to love what you do, and Ranbir is absolutely engrossed in what he does, passionate about his films, just like his grandfather and his father!”

On shifting the focus to Deepika relationship with Ranbir, Rishi says,“Absolutely normal, I think she’s one of Ranbir’s girlfriends, so what?”

Few days ago even Ranbir’s sister Ridhimma also voiced the same opinion as her dad about Deepika. Looks like the Kapoor family isn’t taking Deepika seriously.

    That is “the most exciting news ever”. Deepika is on the outs with the Kapoors. Looking like they don’t like her and they shouldn’t. She is like Ash Cash rubbing their fame on her. Now these days everyone knows that getting into relationship can get you lots of Publicity and she has played it right and gotten the Kapoor boy. Ash scored with the Bachans and she’s working on the Kapoors. But I don’t think they are falling for her “Makhan Polish”.

    I hope that the Kapoor boy sees her for what she really is a opportunist hungry B itch and dumps her. I think any girl would be good for him as long as she doesn’t look like a cat! He needs to get someone innocent but than his Daddy is right he has just stepped into the industry and he has a long way to go and there will be lots of other girls.

    Deepika comes from an excellent family, does not need the Kapoors. Rambir is not good looking & his father was a fat ugly actor he looks better now. She can do better. Very low class of Rishi to say such a thing.

    Yes indeed, a very low class thing to say about the girl. They are young and no one knows how things will turn out for them in the future, but at least show some respect for an obviously decent girl! Shame on Rishi kapoor and his daughter! what if someone had made remarks like that about his daughter! How would he feel!

    This is Bollywood you guys and if you’re putting yourself out there than you will have all kinds of remarks and comments from people. This is no different. And in relationships the In-laws always hate you in one way or other. Kapoors are just trying to look out for their boy. I don’t blame them. Deepika is getting lots of publicity from this relationship and do you really think that their relationship PG-13. Come on we know “Stuff” can happen. They’re just trying to save her and their son from rushing into things. She’s just like Ash Cash totally fake and a Cat! She’s not innocent or decent.
