Feroz Khan in ICU
Yesteryear actor Feroz Khan who has long been battling with cancer suddenly developed complications and was rushed to Breach Candy Hospital yesterday.
The 69 year old actor is currently in ICU and all his family including the Roshan’s are present by his side. Hrithik cancelled all his shoots to be by Feroz’s side.
A source says, Feroz Khan war earlier also admitted to the hospital in a similiar condition but this time the matter looks serious, a source says, “But this time, things look grave. As soon as Hrithik got the news, he cancelled his shoot and rushed to the hospital along with Sussane and other family members.”
Bollywood Celebden wishes that Feroz Khan recoveres as soon as possible.
Irrfan dying to be swallowed by Mallika
Irrfan Khan is starring opposite Mallika Sherawat in Jennifer Lynch’s Hisss where Mallika plays a man-eating snake and the talented actor is dying to be swallowed by his sexy co-actor.
Irrfan says, “She plays a man-eating creature. She swallows men in the film. And I’m just dying to be swallowed her. Watching her devour men is a very very sensuous process. Unfortunately I don’t get eaten by her. I’m the investigative officer trying to find out who’s devouring all these human beings.”
Irrfan adds, “I’m working in Hisss with two very different and interesting kind of women, Mallika Sherawat and Jennifer Lynch. Hisss would’ve been like any other snakewomen story. But the way Jennifer has treated the story has taken the film to another level. The special effects will shock our audiences. I think Ramu is inspired to make his next film(Agyaat) by Jennifer’s film. High-time we got special effects guys from abroad to do the needful.”

Freida Pinto is the latest Vogue girl as she graces the cover of Vogue wearing a Louis Vuitton dress. At the Vogue photoshoot her stylist Tiina Laakkonen was asked why Freida isin’s seen much in Indian clothes to which she replied, ‘Because she’s international now!’

Aftab and Aamna’s Love Blossomed in Delhi!
Aftab Shivdasani and Aamna Shariff have been couple for a year now. They have often been spotted at various hot spots of the city. A source reveals that Aamna and Aftab have managed to impress each others’ parents.
“Says a close friend of the couple, “Affy’s parents and sister are very fond of Aamna and they want him to get married to her.
They think it’s time for him to settle down and as they think the world of Aamna, they are all pressuring him to set the date soon.”
But though seriously committed to each other, Aamna and Aftab are in no hurry to get hitched. The friend adds, “They both want to concentrate on their careers.
Especially Aamna, who is just starting off her big screen debut with Aloo Chat. They haven’t discussed marriage they’re taking the future as it comes.”
Although they are discreet, Aamna spent ten days Aftab in Los Angeles on her birthday last year, when he was shooting for Kambakht Ishq.”
Apparently their romance is not a publicity stunt for their forthcoming film but it had blossomed between them on location of their film in Delhi.
“The friend reveals, “Aftab was very impressed with Aamna’s attitude and was instantly attracted to her.
He found her sensitive and caring and they found an instant comfort factor. Their friendship turned to love very quickly but they kept it a secret even after the film was over.”
It became known when he signed her for his home production.” Aftab and Aamna remained unavailable for comment.”
Sonam Kapoor No Longer a Desi Girl!
Sonam Kapoor who played a homely desi girl in her last two films Saawariya and Delhi 6, Sonam Kapoor is now all set to go hep’n happening in her dad Anil Kapoor’s home production ‘Ayesha’.
Anil Kapoor had already produced Gandhi My Father and had planned this film specially and exclusively for his daughter. He has roped in writer Devika Bhagat to write the narrative of ‘Ayesha’, which is based on Jane Austen’s famous novel ‘Emma’. Sonam gets to play desi Emma, one who is young, witty and rich. Devika has earlier penned the story of Bachna Ae Haseeno.
A source reports, “Sonam will be seen in an ultra-mod chic look for portraying Emma, as Anil Kapoor believes that the story of Emma can be told well in contemporary Indian context. The film will be set in a metropolis. Of late, Sonam has been shedding her traditional looks; her recent photo-shoots (especially for Verve) and public appearances say it all.
Abhay Deol has reportedly been finalized to play the male lead, who is Ayesha’s worst critic as well as the one who secretly loves and cares for her. Newcomer Arunodoy Singh is roped in to play an amiable young flirtatious man whom Ayesha adores and pursues. And VJ Cyrus Sahukar will provide the third angle to the story as a guy who wants to marry Ayesha.
Rumour has it that Anil himself is likely to play the role of Ayesha’s father – an amazing character who’s a hypochondriac highly concerned about the health and safety of his loved ones.
The movie is ready to go on floors by April and it’s been reported that shooting will proceed at single stretch.”

Shahid Kapoor: Happy Birthday
Yes Folks! Shahid Kapoor becomes a year older today on 25th February ( At 28 he still looks quite young-I can see that jealous grin on your faces guys 
). The chocolate boy of the film industry Shahid Kapoor arrived in this world on 25 February, 1981. Shahid Kapoor is a true Piscean who is deeply creative and artistic, which is topped by his enhanced intuitive abilities. Another important trait of Pisces, which is very well seen in Shahid, is that he is a great friend and a romantic partner. Well this was proved reasonably well with the way he his happy for his ex-ahem ahem and the way he was with her before they called it quits.
Shahid made his entry into the tinsel town with the movie Ishq Vishq which fetched him the Filmfare for best Debutant. But the road was not smooth for him in spite of being the son of famous actors. Shahid struck the right cord after a spate of flops with the above average success of his movie China Town. The surprise came in 2006 for this chocolate boy as he found his biggest commercial solo success for the movie Vivah, for which he was also nominated in Filmfare best actor category. Freida Pinto traumatized, says sister
Freida Pinto is basking in the glory of Oscar winner Slumdog Millionaire, however the pretty lass is also miffed by the recent scandal (regarding her ex-fiance Rohan Antao) has traumatized her, according to her sister Sharon Pinto.
Sharon Pinto says, “The last two weeks have been difficult for Freida with all the speculation about her personal life in the media. Some details have been very unsavoury and traumatic for her, and the family at large. Currently she is sleeping and catching some rest in Los Angeles. Also it being Oscar week, she has been in and out of interviews. We try to keep in touch with her, but then I always have to Google what the LA time is, for she might be asleep! I think it’s time to let her be.”
Freida, you have left both Indian media and Rohan behind you, so forget them and carry on with your life.
Shilpa doesn’t find English ‘Desire’able
Shilpa Shetty who is currently filming her international flick Desire is worrying a lot these days, the reason is all her dialogues in Desire are in English.
She says, “This is for the first time that I had to speak all the dialogues in English and so did my Chinese co-star Xia Yu. ”
“When you are so used to saying dialogues in Hindi, English seems a little difficult. But I am happy I got to do this.”
With London being your second home, post Big Brother success I am sure you have brushed up on your English to a good extent.
Ismail & Rubina from Slumdog receive flats
Oscar winning flick Slumdog Millionaire actors from the real slums of Mumbai Azharuddin Ismail and Rubina Rafiq are no longer slum kids, ‘coz the Maharashtra Government has gifted them both new flats.
Azharuddin and Rubina used to reside in Garib Nagar slum in Mumbai. Their claim to fame was the Oscar winning flick Slumdog Millionaire where they portrayed the younger characters of the lead actors Dev Patel and Freida Pinto.
The kids were gifted the flat by the CM Ashok Chavan from the CM’s quota.
A right step taken by the government.
