Ashutosh Gowaiker & Sajid Khan fight it ugly at Screen Awards

This year’s Star Screen awards weren’t a regular affair, as some spark was added to the event thanks to the sparks that flew between host Sajid Khan and best director of the eve Ashutosh Gowariker.

What happened is Sajid Khan as usual his funny self commented on Ashutosh current hero Hurman Baweja and when he came on the stage to pick his trophy he clearly showed his displeasure to Sajid.

When Sajid said him that the script was made by the organizers, Ashutosh asked Sajid to shut up, to which Sajid immediately retorted back, ‘kisika baap bhi mujhe shut up nahi bol sakta!’

Sajid’s sister Farah Khan was completely taken aback by the episode and voiced her displeasure too, “I love films more than anybody else and I do truly believe that we are family and friends and family can joke with each other. We shouldn’t take ourselves so seriously,” she said.

    Wow seems like the two of them were really serious!! But i agree with Farah’s statement too that it shouldnt be taken too seriously but i think if sajid realised that ashutosh wasnt quite finding the jokes funny he shouldve stopped instead of making matters worse!!

    Ashutosh was very composed and during his acceptance speech, he was speaking his mind out. Sajid kept on interrupting which triggered his anger….thats when it ashutosh asked sajid to “shut up”

    jokes about film personalities then its ok kya ? where were you that time ?

    Sajid does this for audience. Script is done by some other people. Sajid just
    has to carry it out. TRP ratings of awards functions were decreasing, as many
    companies have started arranging these functions. Thats why they have started
    all these and ask sajid, srk, saif etc to host the functions to gain TRP
    ratings and money. Then Ashutosh why not take objection on these companies
    who make the script and arrange the functions.

    Ashutosh plz be matured, and if you don’t like to see any more of these, please
    stop attending award functions..

    Time will tell that is Ashutosh gr8 or Sajid..

    Akshay was nice to give up his trophy to AAMIR KHAN. All other actors and actresses were surprised. Akshay is the real singh is king.

    While I think Sajid’s jokes weren’t that funny but I applaud him for making the effort on what he does well. Ashutosh acted like a jack ass. He doesn’t own the movie industry but also poked fun at Farhan Akhtar and other folks who won the awards that they didn’t deserve it.
