Jodhaa Akbar a favorite for BAFTA Awards

Ashutosh  Gowariker’s magnum opus Jodhaa Akbar is a favorite at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards this year.Gowariker’s Jodhaa Akbar starring Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan has been nominated at the BAFTA for the Best Foreign Film Category.

According to sources the film has been well received by the critics and the BAFTA jury and has very good chances of winning the award if all goes well.

The BAFTA awards ceremony will be held at the Royal Opera House in London on 8th February.
