Shahid Kapoor is an Alert Mumbaikar
The deadly blast on 13th September rocked Delhi, and actor Shahid Kapoor has come out to appeal fellow Mumbaikars to be safe and alert.
To prevent further deadly terrorist attacks in Mumbai, the local police has come out with the ‘Alert Mumbaikar’ campaign. The campaign aims to make Mumbaikars alert and to report suspicious looking men and about abandoned objects immediately to the police through a dedicated helpline.
And who is better to create awareness among Mumbaikars than Shahid Kapoor!
Shahid says, “I have never found myself in trouble before. But now we need to be aware of our surroundings all the time.”
The campaign has been launched by the Mumbai Police after a survey conducted by them. Through the survey they got to know that 79% Mumbaikars consider Mumbai as the next hub for bomb blast and only 3% of people are alert enough to report something fishy.
Katrina & SRK to be directed by Yash Chopra?
Katrina Kaif is going great places these days. She started to climb the success of her ladder with Akshay Kumar and went on to work with top actors like, Saif Ali Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Salman Khan and now if the rumors are true, then she will be seen romancing Shahrukh Khan.
Not only will Katrina get a chance to romance ultimate love star SRK but the man behind the camera to shoot the leggy lass will be none other than ace director Yash Chopra.
Yash Chopra will be making a comeback after four long years, his last movie was Veer Zaara. The film will star SRK, Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.

SRK’s Billo Barber delayed
For all those SRK fans who were eagerly waiting for his home flick Billo Barber, there is a bad news for you, the movie has been delayed and would release next year.
The reason behind the delay is slow shoot and some songs that still needs to be shot. SRK is working with comedy king Priyadarshan for the first time in Billoo Barber. The movie was to be released in Diwali but has been postponed after it Tamil counterpart Kuselan bombed at the box-office.
Kuselan starring Rajnikanth, is being touted as the biggest flop of superstar Rajnikanth. So SRK is being cautious with his Hindi flick and wants some of the portions to from the movie to be re-shot.
Billoo Barber has three item songs, starring Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
Fakir’s invade Aamir’s house
It’s the holy month of Ramadan and the poor eagerly await charity from their richer muslim counterpart, some Fakirs expected the same from actor Aamir Khan and gatercrashed into his society only to be kicked out with nothing.
A source says, “A lot of fakirs just gatecrashed into the society saying that they had come there to Aamir Khan’s house as his mother often gives them money and food during the ramzan period. The society members probably took objection and the police was called to get them out of the society.”
A family friend of Khan says,”I have heard about Dilip Kumar, Salman Khan, Akbar Khan and Sanjay Khan giving money and food to the poor but I don’t think Aamir Khan’s family follows it. Besides, Aamir Khan’s mother does not live in Mumbai anymore and I don’t think his new wife Kiran follows the tradition if there was any in the family. Besides, in today’s time no society will allow people to just gatecrash into the society so it was but natural for them to drive them out.”
Well Aamir Khan should have given them atleast few bucks from his fortune.

Himesh Reshammiya in trouble
Himesh Reshammiya always gets away with his copied tunes ( remember the song Dillagi from Aashiq Banaya Apne) but this time he is not that lucky because the song Soniye Je, Tere Nal from his upcoming movie Karz has landed him in trouble.
Punjabi pop singer Kulwinder Kally claims that the song has been copied by Himesh from his album that was released almost four years back.
Kally says, “This song is being sung by Himesh but this is actually my song. It came out in my cassette ‘Sham Wali Gaddi’ which I had released around 4 years back. Himesh has stolen this song from my cassette. I demand the removal of this song from the film. I have sent them a legal notice and charged them with 5 crore.”
However Reshammiya denies the allegation, ” I have only sung this song. The songs, ‘Ek Haseena Thi’ and ‘Soniye Je Tere Nal’ are both songs of Mr Bhushan Kumar and we have permission from Mr Bhushan Kumar for them,” he says.
Well I am glad that Himesh has finally been caught.

Shahid Kapoor brand conscious
The moolah and fame offered by advertisements these days have seen big stars like Amitabh Bachchan and SRK fall for it, but our cute boy Shahid Kapoor is an exception, the actor only endorses those brands that he believes in.
A source close to Shahid says, Stars rarely use the brands they so passionately promote. What concerns them is only the money factor. The only star that chooses to be an exception is Shahid Kapoor.”
“Corporates are in queue for Shahid hoping to crack a deal with him to endorse their brands. But Shahid is very selective and wants to sign brands that he believes in.”
“Shahid is one actor who strongly believes in endorsing only those brands that match not only to his image but also benefit his fans.”
No wonder we see less of Shahid on small screen. Good Job Shahid. 
Sallu miffed by SRK’s involvement in Yuvraaj
After yesterday’s news about SRK and Sallu , new news about them is pouring in, this time apparently Salman is miffed by SRK and wants the special effects company Red Chillies VFX owned by SRK to be removed from his next flick Yuvraaj.
A source associated with the movie reveals that Salman doesn’t want SRK’s involvement in his movie, “The deal was negotiated before his fall out with Shah Rukh. However, now that equations have changed between them, he wants Ghai to outsource the SFX work elsewhere. Sallu is adamant that the remaining portions be sourced to some other company. But it isn’t easy to start all over.”
However Subhash Ghai who is directing the movie denies the rumors, “Mukta Arts and Red Chillies are professional companies committed from day one to do the FX for Yuvraj and they are doing a fine job. Actually the Red Chillies technicians with Salman did the last-day shoot. I can assure you that Salman has never interfered in any of the departments throughout the making of Yuvraj.”
Good that Ghai clarified the rumors.
