Ranbir Kapoor Wants To Direct a Film

Ranbir Kapoor is only 2 films old but that doesn’t stop the lad from planning to take up direction, something that most stars did once they are about a couple of decades old in the industry.

But since he is the grandson of the great Raj Kapoor, direction is in his blood or so he says,

“My plan got delayed, but now I’m working on it… Things will fall into place very shortly. I’ll star in the film and direct it. Is that too much responsibility?” Yes, it certainly is!…But I don’t think so… I’m passionate about being a director. I’ve lots to say. And I hope audiences accept me as a director as much as they have as an actor.”

Some people might think that Ranbir isn’t getting a big deal as an actor so he wants to quickly take on direction. But Ranbir clears the air saying,

“I’m listening to one script every day. But my aim is not superstardom. My target is to achieve what my grandfather did,” he said.

If Raj Kapoor would hear that he would definitely proud of his li’l grandson.
