The dancing queen of all times, Helen, is all set to make a come back. The lady will be seen in a flick called Mera Bachpan. The film will be directed by a debutant named Rajiv Sharma who has assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film carries a resemblance with Tare Zameen Par, and presents the world from a child’s point of view. Helen aunty will be seen playing the role of a grand mother in this film. Harman Baweja, who tops the list of most disliked people of Mrs & Mr Abhishek Bachchan, was delighted to receive a good luck note from the senior Bachchan. The news is that Amit Ji had sent a hand written good luck note to the new comer on the first day of the release of his first flick Love Story 2050. But then God knows where the note got misplaced even before it reached Harman. Poor guy was a little disappointed as he thought that the Bachchans didn’t even care to wish him luck. Cricket star Sachin tendulkar will be soon seen acting in a movie named Vighnahartra Shri Siddhivinayak” which is based on the powers of Sri Siddhivinayak (Lord Ganesha). The movie will have the cricketer and his wife Anjali for a brief time, performing a Pooja at the famous Siddhivinayaka temple. This will be the first time we’ll see the star acting in a film. Earlier, Sachin was seen giving a message in a movie named Stumped, but this will be the first time he’ll be actually acting in the film.

Voice Of India Singer Ishmeet Dies in Malvides

20-yr-old Ishmeet Singh Sodhi, winner of the reality show on Star Voice of India on Star Plus, drowned in a hotel swimming pool in Maldives. Ishmeet’s father Gurprinder Singh Sodhi told the media persons that Ishmeet had gone to Maldives to perform in a show. He was staying at a hotel in Maldives and had gone to the hotel’s swimming pool, but unfortunately he fell into its deep end and drowned.

Lata Mangeshkar expressed her grief saying, “I was very happy when he won the Voice of India contest. Such a fate to befall one at such a young age — I have no words to express my feelings.”
