These days hunk Fardeen Khan is worried about his extra flab and has deviced new strategies to keep his weight in check. Apart from hitting the gym Fardeen Khan also uses his stairs as a medium for cardio vascular exercise. Fardeen goes up and down his staircase ten times after eating his food so that he can burn maximum calories. This daily regimen is helping Fardeen to tone down his body and is also keeping him refreshed.

Apart from exercising at home Fardeen has also started dieting. His diet consists of rich protein food.
