It started off with the unforgettable Sholay and today, DHOOM 2 continues its legacy…

43 Confused? How can Sholay and DHOOM 2 be inter-connected??? Just try and run those brain cells into the monetary direction guys… I’m talking of their extravagant and –largest of its time- budget!!! The sequel to the bike flick is on the herald of its release and who doesn’t know of its 90 crore budget!!!

44 Guess who’s all gung-ho about increasing the budgets of Bollywood movies to phenomenal levels – Hrithik Roshan! The bad guy in DHOOM 2 and super hero Krrish is reported to have charged a whopping amt of 35 crores for a film! Let me remind you guys that super-duper hit films ‘Lagaan’ and ‘Gadar-Ek Prem Katha’ had a 30-crore budget each (need I say more?)…

Considering the sky rocketing prices of the stars and overhead production costs, any guesses how long will we have to wait for India’s first 100 crore movie???
