Shekhar Kapoor and Suchitra call it quits !!!

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor and his actress wife Suchitra Krishnamurthy (of Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and My Wife’s Murder fame) have finally decided to end their marriage after a troubled period.

The couple was married for 8 years and have a six year old daughter ‘Kaveri’. They have filed for divorce, by mutual consent , but it may take some time for the divorce to come through.

Shekhar and Suchitra stayed apart for most of the time, bacause Shekhar was busy in London for his hollywood assignments and Suchitra preferred to stay back in India. Maybe maintaining a long distance relationship was getting difficult for them, considering their busy careers.

Don’t know why but all our sympathies are with Suchitra. We wish her all the best and hope that she puts the past behind her and starts life afresh again.
