Needless to mention, Salman Khan has to be in news at least once a day, be it for good or bad. He is one of the most controversial person in B-town. As the number of controversies around him increase, so does his fan-base.

Talking about the same, he says, “Jiska press nahi hota, uske fans hote hai,”

Showering praises on Shatrughan ‘Shotgun’ Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi Sinha, Salman said,
“Sonakshi has done the film as if she has done 100 films before.”

When asked if his strong bond with Aamir Khan is an outcome of his rivalry with SRK??
He says… “Shahrukh and I don’t talk anymore. We had misunderstanding and hence parted ways.” Clarified Salman. And almost as an afterthought he added, “There is no chance of Shahrukh and Salman coming together in future.”

Does he not miss his once upon a time good buddy Shahrukh, Salman fired,

Controversies are not new to Bollywood. But, these 10 contriversies listed in this article rocked B-town and the nation. Some of these were genuine, while others may have been staged for cheap publicity.

1) Aamir Khan_Jassica…..the kid is not my son!!!

People were shocked. Aamir himself was shocked when British journalist Jessica Hines claimed that perfectionist Aamir Khan was the father of her son, Jaan Harry Hines, who was born in 2003. Aamir denied the rumors, and the whole thing remains unresolved till date.

2) Rakhi-Mika… Oh zara zara Kiss me Kiss me Kiss me

This happened way back in 2006, when item girl Rakhi Sawant attended a party where pop singer Mika was also present and rather treated her too warmly. He grabbed her by her hair and kissed her straight on the mouth. This gesture didn’t go down well with Rakhi and a drama queen that she is, filed a police complaint against him. Mika didn’t keep quite. He said he was prompted to kiss her coz of her flirtatious behaviour.

3) SRK vs Aamir

The rivalry between the two, is on and off and has been going on quietly for as long as one can remember. From time to time, either Aamir says something nasty about Shahrukh and vise versa. Remember, Aamir naming his dog Shahrukh??? If one can recollect, once, when a Journalist asked Shahrukh what he would do if he woke up one day as Aamir, SRK’s immediate reply was: “I would tell the world that Shahrukh is the better actor.”

4) Shiney Ahuja:

June 2009, shocked the audiences when reports flooded the country with news about the Gangster actor Shiney Ahuja being accused of rape of his maid servant. He first, claimed it was all cooked up stories, but then he apparently confessed to raping his maid. Shiney was pushed behind bars though he is currently out on bail.

5) SRK vs Salman… Dushum dushum!!!

Katrina Kaif’s birthday party wittenesed high profile crowed. Both the Khan’s (Salman and Shahrukh) were present too. Alcohol was full-on followed by nasty jokes. Suddenly, the scene take on a serious turn and our two Khan’s start getting furious and wild. Fire spits from the mouth and sleeves begin to roll up.Punches are about to be thrown – fortunately Gauri (or was it Aamir Khan) intervenes. Cold war follows ever since.

6) Karan Johar- Wake Up Sid…:

Karan Johar’s film ‘Wake Up Sid’ released in Oct 2009. In one of the scenes, Ranbir and Konkona are seen chatting about the city they live in. In the midst of their conversation, they refer to Mumbai as as Bombay. That is it!!! Raj Thackeray gets wild,and the rest of the country gets resentful. Finally, Karan Johar apologizes. Fortunately, the film played peacefully and was declared a hit.

7) ‘Kurbaan’ posters:

Poor Karan Johar!!! The poster for his film, ‘Kurbaan’, showed Kareena’s bare back. The Shiv Sena could not digest it and so did not approve of it. They cover the poster with a saree. Not just that. They even planned to visit Kareena’s home and present her with a saree! Well, anyway the film was a huge flop…

Katrina Kaif: Storm at Ajmer!

In 2006, Katrina visited the Khwaja Moinudeen Chishti’s shrine at Ajmer. This damsel, instead of going traditional with her head, hands and legs covered, wore a skirt to pay her respect to Khwaja Moinudeen Chishti. A tiny storm brewed up but soon died down. Recently Katrina was spotted in a burkha, while visiting the shrine.

9) Richard Gere-Shilpa Shetty…. Kiss on the cheek!!!

A press conference held for HIV-AIDS awareness, couldn’t get worse with effigies burning and protests on the roads, etc etc. It all started with Hollywood star Richard Gere giving Shilpa Shetty a kiss on her cheek. Hell actually broke loose. Effigies were burnt, protests were carried out and a court in Rajasthan even issued a warrant for their arrests. Fortunately, nobody was arrested.

10) Bipasha Basu- C Ronaldo: We are just friends!!!

Bollywood’s sizzling hot couple – John and Bipasha were on the verge to break up in the year 2007. Already things were bad between the two when another controversy jumped into the scene. Pictures of Bipasha partying with and kissing Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo were flashed every where. But our desi gal, Bipasha maintained that she was a huge fan of Cristiano and that they were just friends.

2009 was a super lucky year for Priyanka Chopra. With her outstanding performance in the flick ‘Fashion’, she deserved to win kudos and awards and so she did, not one but many… At the IIFA awards, she added another feather to her cap by winning the award for the Best Actress. Following her was director Ashutosh Gowariker, to get his award for ‘Jodhaa Akbar’. That’s when he snubbed the actress:

“Priyanka I love you, but I don’t know how you got the award for Best Actress when Aishwarya was also nominated in the same category for Jodhaa Akbar.”

Aahhhhh!!! now that’s ONE TIGHT SLAP … Ouch!!! It hurts…

They once ruled the celluloid and now they are once again set to scorch the silver screen. Well, if buzz is to be believed, Amitabh Bachchan and Sridevi will once again share the sliver screen in Balki’s next, ‘Big B’.

Sridevi and Amitabh, together had given hits like ‘Inquilab’ and ‘Aakri Raasta’. They were last seen in ‘Khuda Kawa’ which was a super hit. After entering wed lock with producer Boney Kapoor, Sridevi quit films. Amitabh Bachchan has earlier worked with Balki in ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’.

Waow!! I’m sure this sizzling jodi is gonna give all the young hot-shots in B-town a huge complex..

The sequel of Krrish will have the super star Hrithik Roshan playing a double role.

It may be recollected that Hrithik had played a father and son roles in ‘Koi Mil Gaya’. Now, according to The Times of India, the actor is all set to play the roles of a hero and villain in the sequel of Krrish ,

Currently, the film’s scriptwriter Robin Bhatt denies the rumours saying, “How can Hrithik play three roles in the same film?

“We are carrying forward the father-son legacy of Krrish into Krrish 2. The negative role will be essayed by a very big star.”

However a source revealed: “Both may be clones of each other. This would give the film a very interesting dimension and will take it to the next level.”

Well, only time will tell us what to believe and what not to.

I really don’t seem to understand, why does Aishwarya Rai bachchans name always have to be right next to Salman??? Must say, a nice way to buy viewers…
